Custom Panels

At PPS Electric and Control we manufacture a range of CBM gas well control panels designed to meet your needs. We build panels that utilize across the line contactors, soft starters, or VFD drives. Based on your specification, we can build a panel for your particular well setup and pumping method. All panels are typically assembled in NEMA 4 enclosures.

Utilizing our Lift Master™ controller, we can build your oil well pump off panel to meet your requirements. Across the line contactors, soft starters, or VFDs can be built into standard NEMA 4 panels to control beam pumping units or rotoflex pumping units. Typical panels are supplied by 480V 3 phase input power, however we will build a panel to your specification.

Many CBM operators are using blowers to increase their production numbers. We incorporate our Level Master Pro™ into our blower panels and monitor blower temperature, outlet pressure and blower vacuum. Shut down alarms like low oil can also be monitored in our blower controls. Typical blower panels are constructed from Size 1 or 2 NEMA 4 enclosures.
